Only the Tattoos Remain on Decomposed Body Found in Arizona Desert
The Mohave County Medical Examiner posted pictures of remains found in western Arizona. Only clothing, a bible, and the individual's tattoos were left.
Hikers in the Lake Havasu City area discovered the decomposed body off of Hwy 95 near Mile Post 193.
Pieces of clothing, along with a backpack, and a bible were left near the skeletal remains.
None of which, can help to discover the identity of this individual.

During the exam, The Mohave County Medical Examiner team was able to determine the individual was a man, and had several tattoos that remained on portions of his skin.
Mohave County is looking for help identifying the man. On a post looking for tips to the individual, they write, “Please contact 928-505-5888, or email MCME through their website MohaveME.com if you believe you may know who this individual is.”

The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office says deputies found several personal items near the body, including a camouflage hooded sweatshirt, camouflage shorts, a blue t-shirt with “NEW YORK CITY” printed on it, a blue hiking backpack with a black plastic frame and a bible.

The man is described as about 5-foot-7. The colored tattoos are on both forearms.
The sheriff’s office says it does not suspect foul play, and would like anyone with information to contact the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
