Hailey Bieber Has a New Neck Tattoo
What do you think of Hailey Bieber's latest and greatest tattoo?
It’s no secret at this point that Hailey Bieber is the queen of teeny tiny tattoos. Unlike her husband Justin, who’s covered in mostly large scale work, Hailey loves small, fineline and delicate pieces. In fact, just looking at her you’d be shocked to learn that she has over 20 tattoos.

Hailey has been getting tattooed by some of micro tattooing’s finest for several years. Many of her pieces, including the myriad of designs on her hands and fingers, have been inked by the esteemed Dr. Woo. Dr. Woo is a fineline micro tattoo specialist who’s inked just about everyone in Hollywood—from Miley Cyrus to Demi Lovato to Drake and of course, Justin Bieber.
It’s a no brainer that Hailey chose to visit Woo for her newest piece, “New York” below a small diamond on the side of her neck. Although Hailey was born in Tuscon, Arizona, she was raised in New York City alongside the Baldwin family and considers herself a bonafide New Yorker.

This is far from Hailey’s first neck tattoo, as in addition to the small diamond behind her right ear, she has a cross and the word “Lover” (tattooed by Woo) on the left side of her neck. Woo has also crafted several of Justin’s neck tattoos, including a peach for his song “Peaches” and a long stem rose.
