36 Happy and Delicious Avocado Tattoos
Avocados make everything better
July 31st is National Avocado Day and your girl couldn’t be more excited. I’ve been a big time avocado lover for years and regularly consume them in a variety of forms—from avocado toast to guacamole to avocado mac and cheese (it’s amazing, trust me). I’ve come to accept the financial consequences of my cravings—yes I know guac costs extra, but I’m worth it. But if you’re not already on the avocado bandwagon, what’s taking you so long?
Avocados are not only delicious, they’re a healthy source of fat in moderation. They also pack in essential vitamins, such as several different B vitamins, vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin E and potassium. Plus, they not only have benefits when consumed through food, but can also be a great ingredient for health, wellness and beauty products as well. They’ve undoubtedly earned the status of a superfood and for that reason, I can understand why there’s so much hype around them.
Avocados have become a huge cultural phenomenon over the last decade and change, often making millennials the butt of jokes. However, what’s wrong with loving avocados? I certainly don’t see anything problematic about loving this happy green fruit, I’ve even got an avocado tattoo myself! And I’m not alone. There are hundreds of tattoo collectors from around the world who love avocados just as much as me. Take a look at the gallery below to see some of our favorite avocado tattoos and celebrate avocado day with a heaping helping of guac.
