Tattoos that connect one part of the body to another part are some of the coolest tattoos visually when done properly. Houston Patton, one half of the partnership that makes up Thieves of Tower, is a tattooist who has used his skills with intricate line work to make connecting black work pieces one of his trademark efforts. This double leg tattoo above is a classic example of Patton’s work as it not only depicts solid black work, clean lines, and a gorgeous design, but the piece also comes together like a mirror image when the client stands straight. This awesome inked effect is one of our favorites, as dual pieces help prove that sometimes two tattoos are better than one if they actually are two-in-one.
