Tattoo collaborations are a growing trend in the industry as more artists are coming together to bring about one of a kind tattoos inked and designed by multiple tattooists. One of the latest collabs to hit the scene is this beautiful piece by Jason Butcher and Lianne Moule. Butcher is best known for his black and grey realism with a morbid twist, as skulls are some of his go to subject matters. Moule, on the other hand, has a signature style working with color and has included a plethora of floral pieces in her portfolio. Clearly this tattoo collab showcases each artist’s strong suits, yet what makes it so impressive is how each individual style correlates so beautifully with the other’s style. Making one tattoo done by two artists look as if it was done by just one is a tricky thing to pull off, but Butcher and Moule have successfully displayed both of their styles without causing the piece to lack cohesion. Thinking about getting a tattoo that’s been collaborated on by two artists? Check out some of our tips to getting collab tattoos right here.
