Three plus stories of plain concrete facade can be an unintentional eye sore within a city, but french street artist Patrick Commecy is doing his part to change this. Commecy paints remarkable 3D frescoes on the side of buildings that are so realistic that it appears as if an entire world of life has taken the place of the dull, blank concrete.
