Rafael Marquez, better known throughout the tattoo community as Dzikson, tattoos portraits unlike any other artist we have ever seen. Each of his tattoos is a lesson in how to combine differing styles to perfection. One part realism, one part abstract and one part child’s drawing combine to form one unbelievable piece of art. The subject matter that he chooses to tattoo—Nikola Tesla, children, gorillas—only enhances the otherworldliness of the work. In the gallery below you will see some of our favorite portraits by the Polish artist. Enjoy.
