French Montana’s A&R Arrested in Dubai For Trying To Smuggle Ecstasy In Her Underwear

Epic Records Vice President of A&R, Zoe Alicia, has allegedly been jailed for trying to panty-smuggle ecstasy pills through the Dubai airport.

Zoe Alicia, who is not only the VP of A&R for Epic Records, but longtime A&R for French Montana and his Coke Boys brand, also works with Blac Youngsta, Zoe Dollaz, Trina, just to name a few.

Alicia most recently made headlines after it was reported that LA Reid had sexually harassed her and attempted to sleep with her on work trips, causing the termination of the 62-year-old music veteran from the label.

According to the Jasmine Brand, French Montana made plans to travel to Abu Dhabi on the weekend of November 22nd for a performance and to celebrate his GQ Middle East cover. “At the time, Zoe Alicia, whose other client Zoey Dollaz was also hosting a party at 1OAK Dubai that week, allegedly begged the rapper to allow her on the trip.”

While French Montana agreed to fly Zoe Alicia to Dubai, it was agreed that she would have to buy her own flight back to the United States.

“According to our sources, while attempting to return to the United States from Dubai, airport security allegedly found ecstasy pills hidden in Zoe Alicia’s underwear. She was taken into custody where she remains in a Dubai jail cell.”

The United Arab Emirates have extremely strict drug and alcohol laws. The UAE has a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal and some prescription drugs, and do not exercise any leniency on the policy. Travelers passing through the UAE with only “trace amounts of drugs” on them have been imprisoned for up to four years. Trafficking of drugs can even lead to the death penalty.

While it is unknown the amount of E pills Zoe Alicia had in her undies, we doubt the jailbird will stay behind bars for long.

As of now, reps for Zoe Alicia, French Montana or Epic Records have not spoken publicly about the arrest.
