It’s good to have goals. Vin Los, a 24-year-old man from Montreal, has one just like everyone else: to be the most famous man in the world. With such a high aspiration, it makes sense that the quest to achieve that goal would start off rather unconventionally. For Los, that path started off with getting random words tattooed all over his face in a handwritten font that appears to be written in Sharpie. Words like “Fame,” “Famous,” “Most Talked About,” “Sex,” “Scream My Name,” and “Tokyo” cover his face, and phrases like “On Every Magazine,” “Sex Bomb,” “Top of the World,” and “Kobe” are written on other parts of his body.
“It’s very superficial,” Los told Vice in a 2014 interview. “I’ll go on YouTube and listen to all the big hits and I’ll just take the words from these songs.”
“I want to be an image for people to look at,” Los continued, “something that has an impact.” In the same interview, Los expressed his disappointment in the fact that the amount of press he had gotten had not resulted in any modeling contracts. Well, things have changed. Plenty of people were looking at Los online, and the impact was large enough for him to land his first modeling gig as an underwear model for Garçon Model. He may not be the most famous man in the world, but he’s closer than he was a year ago.
If you’re not familiar with his face, here are some pictures from Garçon Model and Los’s Instagram.
