From Pokémon to Furbies—There’s Something For Everyone in this Bunch
Every era has its special nostalgic moments, whether they be popular children’s movies or cult video game franchises. However, the 90’s was a special time to be a kid and there are so many incredible television programs, films, and phenomenons to obsess over throughout the decade. The 90’s gave us television masterpieces like Rugrats and Powerpuff Girls as well as anime classics such as Pokémon and Sailor Moon. Growing up in the 90’s, we saw films like “The Land Before Time,” and ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas” come to the big screen—plus we got to experience the golden age of McDonald’s Happy Meal Toys. Honestly, 90’s kids will admit that they feel sorry for anyone who didn’t wake up to Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network because we can all agree that this decade was one of the best times in history to be a kid.
