Dwyane Wade Gets His Own Quote Tattooed on His Thigh

With 16-years in the NBA, Dwayne Wade is one of the most recognizable figures in sports history. And in addition to collecting three NBA championships and the 2006 NBA Finals MVP, he’s collected an impressive collection of ink over the years. Just last night, he added to his growing collection with a brand new tattoo by a two time Ink Master alumni.

On April 16th, the Miami Heat shooting guard paid a visit to Tatu Baby, who finished in the top three during seasons two and three of Ink Master. He got a tattoo of one of his own quotes, the iconic “My Belief is Stronger Than Your Doubt.” In the tattoo, Baby includes a variety of symbols, including Wade’s jersey number, his alma mater, the Miami county named after him, and his hometown.

“It was a very inspiring and rewarding experience,” shares Tatu Baby. “To be working with such greatness was motivating and at the same time it made all the sacrifices and long nights perfecting my tattooing worth it. Wade was so down to earth and humble to work with too!”
