Halsey Debuts Fresh Head Tattoo
What do you think of Halsey's emoji inspired ink?
After months of abstaining from getting tattooed because of the pandemic, Halsey is finally back to her old ways. Halsey is a true lover of body art—having collected a number of sizeable pieces from artists around the world. And not unlike many other chart topping musicians, she isn’t afraid to go for the job stopper spots (head, face, neck and hands).
On October 25th, Halsey revealed her latest and greatest tattoo to her fans on Instagram. The tattoo is inspired by the emoji sparkles, however instead of yellow the singer opted for a more lasting black. This isn’t Halsey’s first head tattoo, as fans may remember she got a Queen of Hearts tattoo way back in 2018.
The tattoo was crafted by Los Angeles artist, Nal, who specializes in fine line black -and -grey micro tattoos. Nal is a rising figure in the celebrity tattoo scene, having inked stars such as Joe Jonas.

But wait, there’s more! In addition to her head tattoo, Halsey also got a small piece on her forearm. This tattoo is inspired by an original illustration by Bjenny Montero, a comic book artist based in Melbourne, Australia. The tattoo features one of Montero’s signature characters with a thought bubble reading, “I wonder if they’ll remember me.”
Trust me Halsey, you’ll be remembered for decades to come.
