Selena Gomez and Julia Michaels Got Matching Tattoos and Shared a Smooch
Take a peek at the BTS shots of the singers
Yesterday, singers Selena Gomez and Julia Michaels shared more than just a song together at Micheals’ Los Angeles show. While performing at the Fonda Theater, Gomez surprised Michaels’ crowd and the two performed their hit song “Anxiety.” The pair collaborated on the track for Michaels’ fourth EP “Inner Monologue Part 1,” which dropped on January 24th of this year.
However, the real action occurred behind-the-scenes when two tattooers from Orange County showed up. London Reese, who’s done a number of tattoos on Michaels including the words “Speak Up” on her chest and “Kiss Here” on her back, brought fellow Black Lantern tattooer Brad Reis to the show and the two wound up inking the celebrity pair. Michaels sketched the design, which has yet to be released, onto Gomez’s wrist and Reese added a matching piece the tatted up musician on the same arm.
In a post to Instagram, Reis raved about the experience tattooing Gomez, writing, “[L]ast night I got to tattoo @selenagomez while my main brother @londonreese tattooed his bestie @juliamichaels , safe to say last night was super rad and meaningful for me
Stay tuned in to both singers and artists for word on the matching ink!
