MGK Covers Billie Eilish Song with Illustrations by Tattoo Artist Snuffy
Check out the Cleveland rapper's take on Eilish's "Ocean Eyes"
Machine Gun Kelly revealed the release of his first single from his highly anticipated forthcoming album, Hotel Diablo.
Taking to Twitter, the rapper shares that fans can expect that first track this week. He also took to social media to surprise fans with a cover of Billie Eilish’s “Ocean Eyes.”
Eilish gained a following in 2016 when she released “Ocean Eyes” on audio distribution platform SoundCloud. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Eilish followed her debut single with a debut EP, Don’t Smile at Me, in 2017. She has (rightfully) continued to gain more attention and love.
MGK writes on Instagram, “Covered a song i liked last night…full version in my bio.” The Cleveland rapper also included a short visual clip of the track. The full version on YouTube contains incredible and badass visuals, with the art created by LA-based tattoo artist snuffy.nyc.
Check out MGK’s full cover of “Ocean Eyes” below.
Hoping we will have an Eilish and MGK collab in the near future. Check out Eilish’s original “Ocean Eyes” below.
