Reddit User Shows Off Hilariously Bad Neck Tattoo He Paid $17 For

Every day, amazing tattoos are published on social media from talented artists around the world. However, the advent of social media has also introduced somewhat of a double-edged sword. For every great tattoo, you see online, there are likely 10 absolutely terrible ones that are also shared to social media. Just today, we’ve uncovered a tattoo that may be one of the best of the worst.
