Gin, Juice and Snoop Dogg Tattoos

What's your favorite Snoop Dogg song?

You may not recognize the name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., however, we’re certain that you know of Snoop Dogg. Snoop Dogg was born in Long Beach, California in 1971 and made his professional debut in 1992 as a feature on Dr. Dre’s solo single debut, “Deep Cover.” He’d go on to appear on Dre’s debut solo album, “The Chronic” later that year and then in 1993 he released an album of his own, “Doggystyle.” “Doggystyle” was certified quadruple platinum in 1994 and introduced the world to one of the rapper’s biggest hits to date, “Gin and Juice.” For devoted fans, Snoop Dogg tattoos are a stylish way to pay homage to his influential music and iconic persona.

Over the next three decades, Snoop Dogg grew to become one of the biggest forces in all of hip-hop. He released a whopping 19 studio albums, selling over 23 million albums in the United States and 35 million albums worldwide. He’s had 14 top ten singles on the Billboard Top 100, which 2004’s “Drop It Like It’s Hot” securing the top spot. He also has eight top 10 singles as a featured artist, with Akon’s “I Wanna Love You” and Katy Perry’s “California Gurls” securing the top spot. He’s currently the runner-up for the most Grammy nominations without a single win, earning 17 nominations over the years.

In addition to his numerous achievements in music, Snoop Dogg has also made a name for himself in many other industries. He’s appeared in countless films, television shows and video games. In fact, since 2016 he’s appeared as a co-host of “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party” alongside Martha Stewart. And that’s only a small fraction of what he’s accomplished over the last 30 years.

In honor of Snoop Dogg’s impressive legacy, take a look at some of our favorite tattoos of the hip-hop legend. Then let us know your favorite Snoop Dogg song in the comments section on social media.
