Star Wars Tattoos from the Final Trilogy
We need a better name for the cast from "The Force Awakens," "The Last Jedi" and "The Rise of Skywalker"
This is it. The last Star Wars movie of the Skywalker Saga comes out tomorrow. My number one goal in the world right now is to avoid spoilers, which is pretty damn difficult to do with an internet connection. I’m so excited, “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” is damn near all I can think about, but at the same time I need to find a way to avoid all the various reviews and tweets about the movie.
All the powers that be are saying that this will be the last film in the saga, a completion of everything that started back in 1977. Yet, I think we all know that Disney is going to keep pumping out Star Wars movies as long as they keep making billions. Thus, it makes it a little bit difficult to trust that we are going to be actually saying goodbye to these characters. Mark my words, our little droid pals BB-8 and R2D2 will appear in more films. And I heard there’s going to be a prequel movie all about Jar Jar’s origin story….
OK, that’s a lie. I hope. But to help you avoid spoilers while still getting that Star Wars fix that you crave, we’ve been going hard all week. We found tattoos to celebrate evil, we found tattoos honoring the Rebel Alliance. We found tattoos inspired by bounty hunters and some paying tribute to Luke Skywalker. It turns out there are a lot of Star Wars tattoos. My first tattoo was a Star Wars tattoo, it’s of the Imperial logo. I paid not enough money for it and picked at it as it healed, in other words, it looks like shit. But I’m definitely going to think about seeing one of the artists in this gallery for a cover up some day.
Were you aware that porgs were also Soviets? Neither were we.
