Bella’s All Smiles With Her New Tattoo
When you think about a female celebrity hosting a house party where the guests leave with permanent tattoos, you probably picture Miley Cyrus, because, well, this happened. But actress Bella Thorne isn’t about to let Miley have all the fun. The 19-year-old took to Snapchat last weekend to document a raucous house party she apparently threw with some of her friends, and showed off a new tattoo of a smiley face on her arm, captioning the shot “when your party turns into a tat party.”
