Ezekiel Elliott Shows Off ‘Feed Me’ Tattoo After TD
The Dallas Cowboys' running back revealed a belly rocker of his catch phrase after scoring on Sunday night.
On Sunday night, Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott showed that he had a little bit of Terrell Owens in him. Back when Owens was playing for the Cowboys each week was filled with speculation about what wild touchdown celebration the enigmatic wideout would perform if he got into the end zone. Among Owens’ many celebrations, he pulled out a Sharpie to sign a football, chowed down on some popcorn with fans and he even grabbed some pom-poms and danced with the cheerleaders. Owens set the precedent for TD celebrations, it would take a hell of a lot to one-up him. TO used a ton of props and showed a lot of creativity, but Elliott has just done the one thing Owens was never prepared to do—gotten a tattoo.

Elliott had the words “Feed Me” tattooed on to his stomach, a nod to the catchphrase he has been using ever since he was at Ohio State. After scoring in the first quarter of Sunday night’s 20-17 loss to the Los Angeles Rams, Elliott turned to the cameras and pulled up his jersey to reveal the ink.

After breaking big runs, getting first downs or scoring touchdowns, Elliott has often pantomimed shoveling food into his mouth as fans yell “Feed me!” While he did score two touchdowns on the night, the Cowboys probably would have done better by feeding their prolific running back a little more often so they could leave L.A. with a victory. Although I’m sure Cowboys fans will point to the pretty bad Pass Interference call that went against them as they were driving as the reason behind the L.
As one of the premier running backs in the league, you’re going to be seeing a lot more of that tattoo over the course of the season.
