Batman fans and Arkham gamers rejoice! The trailer for the final installment of Rocksteady‘s Batman Arkham Trilogy, Batman: Arkham Knight, is finally here! The Joker may be dead, but Batman returns with the same gut-punching, grappling-hook swinging, batarang throwing game that lets you explore Gotham like never before. This time around, Jonathan Crane’s alter ego, the terrifying Scarecrow, unites a group called the Rogues Gallery in an attempt to (once again) takeover Gotham. Scarecrow’s recruits include some fan favorites like Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, The Riddler, and Two-Face. In classic Arkham fashion, these villains are revamped and redesigned to give players a new outlook on the iconic characters, and in terms of the Scarecrow, he’s just down right horrifying. Remember how simple it was to take down the Scarecrow in Arkham Asylum? Well, that’s clearly not going to be the case this time around. He’s back and badder than ever before! Available for release on June 2, 2015 (everyone mark your calendars), Arkham Knight will be available for PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. Though this means I finally have to hunker down and upgrade to a PS4, the graphics this commercial display make it all worth it. Enjoy!
