Meet Mike Ruga, a New Jersey Instagram comedian who has created a number of tattoo related skits in the past. For example, he posted a video screaming while getting a tattoo, which you may have seen in our video Tattoo Artists React to Viral Tattoo Videos.

Last week, Ruga posted a video getting tattooed by Mr. Rotten Apple in the Bronx, which features a curvaceous model named Penny Lee. In the video, Ruga uses Lee’s lady bits as a reference for a tattoo, with the model holding her legs in the air for the tattoo. Take a look at the shocking clip in the gallery below.
