This Sunday, April 23rd, marks the 3rd annual ASPCA “Tats ‘N’ Tails” event, featuring “NY Ink” tattooer Megan Massacre and tons of adorable and adoptable animals. Massacre and her team at Grit N Glory Tattoo in Manhattan will be hosting a one of a kind event that features customized tattoo flash and furry friends–all while supporting an amazing cause.
