These Tattoos are Cause For Celebration
Yesterday, Pantone announced their Color of the Year for 2018. Pantone is a company that is most often associated with the Pantone Matching System, which categories and identifies shades for various industries. PMS, which has become largely standard around the world, allows for specialty colors to be produced in an economically beneficiary way to companies both big and small, including metallics and fluorescents. Since the year 2000, Pantone has announced a Color of the Year—which will be celebrated for the next 365 days. Twice a year, color specialists from around the world meet in Europe to decide upcoming year’s color—which connects with the spirit of the time or zeitgeist. This coming year, 2018, was no exception and it’s about time we learned more about this top notch shade.
