Betting amongst coworkers is a timeless tradition. Some might bet with one another over the outcome of a football or basketball game, or over who is able to lock in more deals in a month, and the price is usually a couple of bucks or lunch at the loser’s expense. However, the CEO of Red Robin Gourmet and Brews took workplace bets to a whole new level. As a creative motivator, Red Robin’s CEO, Denny Marie Post, issued a tattoo challenge to the casual-dining restaurant chain’s store managers, and…she lost. So, you can pretty much guess what happened next. Two words: burger tattoo.
