During the season 6 finale of Ink Master judge Oliver Peck made a comment that got us to thinking. While analyzing the back piece turned in by Chris Blinston, Peck noted that “I never wanted concrete texture in a tattoo until I saw this.” So we got to thinking about times that tattoo artists have been able to perfectly render textures in their tattoos.
