Racist Lawyer Kicks, Spits and Hits Subway Rider on Morning Commute
The Wildest Subway Ride of 2018 Caught on Video
At 7:50am on a Manhattan bound D train, a brawl was captured on video and has since gone viral online. Here’s what you need to know. A 40-year-old woman Anna Lushchinskaya was arrested on a felony assault charge after kicking and beating a 24-year-old Asian-American woman during her morning commute. Lushchinskaya, who worked as a lawyer, uttered a number of racial slurs at the victim and was later restrained by a 31-year-old security guard named Juan Ayala, who also filmed the altercation. Ayala performed a citizen arrest on Lushchinskaya, keeping her restrained until the police arrived on the scene. Many passengers on the train attempted to intervene the attack and other sources have recently come forward recounting past subway fights that Lushchinskaya has provoked.
In a second video, filmed later on by a passenger on the train, Lushchinskaya called Ayala the name of one of the 9/11 terrorists, implying that he was Muslim. She later went on to knock his cell phone out of his hands and spit on him before he proceeded to restrain her. Take a look at all of the chaos that went down on a slow-moving subway train in the gallery below and let us know your thoughts on the entire event in the comments section on Facebook.
