But actress Bella Thorne isn’t about to let Miley have all the fun. The 19-year-old took to Snapchat last weekend to document a raucous house party she apparently threw with some of her friends, and showed off a new tattoo of a smiley face on her arm, captioning the shot “when your party turns into a tat party.”
