Sara X Mills Speaks on the Ills of Plastic Surgery

Sara X Mills wants you to know the risks of going under the knife

Just because the surgery is cosmetic doesn’t mean it’s safe…

Plastic surgery has come a long way in recent years. Not only are the procedures more advanced these day, but changing your look by going under the knife has become an accepted part of our culture with relatively little stigma. While plastic surgery used to be viewed as superficial procedures for trophy wives and porn stars is now acknowledged for what it is—just another way to express your true self through your appearance.

Despite the fact that going under the knife has become increasingly common (dare I say, routine?), it doesn’t always turn out picture perfect. As with any medical procedure, there are always risks. One person who understands those risks first hand is Sara X Mills (a.k.a. SaraOnTheInternet)—and she’s opened up about her struggle.

A Healthy Choice

Now, she’s six months out from her surgery and speaking out again. Sara has been posting pictures of her new body, flaunting her smaller chest—scars and all. It’s honestly beautiful. The confidence that taking control of her health and body has given her is inspiring to say the least.

Above is Sara just after her explant surgery…
