Sara X Mills Speaks on the Ills of Plastic Surgery
Sara X Mills wants you to know the risks of going under the knife

While plastic surgery used to be viewed as superficial procedures for trophy wives and porn stars is now acknowledged for what it is—just another way to express your true self through your appearance.

Despite the fact that going under the knife has become increasingly common (dare I say, routine?), it doesn’t always turn out picture perfect. As with any medical procedure, there are always risks. One person who understands those risks first hand is Sara X Mills (a.k.a. SaraOnTheInternet)—and she’s opened up about her struggle.
