Bang Bang Tattoos Atop The Empire State Building

When you’ve already tattooed Justin Bieber at 30,000 feet on a private jet it’s going to be hard to find a location that will be more impressive, but leave it to Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy to figure it out. The locale—the top of the Empire State Building.

After heading up 86 floors, Bang Bang broke out his tattoo machine on the sly and started inking his buddy. We imagine that it was really easy to relax and block out the pain of getting inked when looking out over the beautiful New York City skyline. What sort of tattoo does one get when on top of the most iconic skyscraper in the world? A drawing of the top of said skyscraper of course!

We’re glad to see that Bang Bang was able to pull this off without any sort of trouble from the law. Something tells us that tattooing on the observation deck is frowned upon, even when creating a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Get a feel for what happened that day in the video below, then scroll down further for a photo gallery showing some shots from the tattoo session.
