The permanence of a tattoo is part of why they are so alluring — there’s something really cool about making a statement that will last with you for the rest of your life. Of course, this is also one of the great detriments of tattoos. Everything about the way you think and feel about your tattoo can change throughout the course of your life but the tattoo will remain unaltered. So while it may seem like a good idea to get the name of a loved one permanently etched onto your body often this ends up being a huge mistake.
