Samsung’s Fall Line Introduces Virtual Reality
Unleash the power of virtual reality with Samsung Gear VR. Dive into a new dimension and witness your favorite band up close and personal.
Have you ever wanted to go and see your favorite band front row but haven’t even been able to get nosebleed seats before the whole show sold out? Well, what would you do if suddenly there was a way to see that show up close and personal, live, without ever leaving your room? Samsung has the perfect answer for you. Starting this fall, the general public will have access to some of the most sophisticated pieces of technology on the market, including access to virtual reality. That’s right, the stories of your science fiction dreams are now here. The latest series of Samsung Gear is called the Samsung Gear VR (Innovator Edition) and is a state-of-the-art collaboration with Oculus, one of the leading companies in developing virtual reality. This wearable tech piece will immerse wearers into a film-worthy virtual environment complete with high quality resolution and performance. The headset is fully mobile and allows for a 360-degree 3D video experience perfect for gaming and seeing the latest sold out Avril Lavigne concert in real time from the best seats in the house. And all of this can be done without leaving the comfort of your own home.
Of course, this new gear has to be paired with some nifty new technology, such as the brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The latest addition to the Galaxy Note family comes complete with a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440) Super AMOLED display and a 2.5 D glass screen modified from the previous Galaxy Note 3. The display includes deeper contrast, better viewing angles, and an impressive response time of up to one-millionth of a second. With this larger screen, users can experience a new hyped up Multi-Windows feature to enhance all forms of multi-tasking including options like full, split or pop-up screens. As always, Samsung has also amped up their camera systems bringing users closer to professional photography experiences as well as brightening up some of those selfies. This new camera system includes a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera decked out with the new Smart Optical Image Stabilizer and the 3.7-megapixel front facing camera with a default 90-degree shooting angle that can expand to a 120-degree wide angle, ideal for some of your most memorable group shots.
Now, most people seem to complain that the more advanced their piece of technology is, the quicker its battery dies. Fear no more. This new Note model has the added features of Fast Charging and Ultra Power Saving Mode to make sure that you never run out of battery when you need it most. To top it all off, some added fun features include improved speakers, a fingerprint scanner, a voice recorder, and Snap Note, which will allow users to convert pictures of notes on paper or on a chalkboard into legible S-Note documents. Finally, the Galaxy Note 4 is prepared to work with not only the new Gear VR, but also the new and advanced S-Pen with updated Air Command functionality as well as the Galaxy Note Edge. This new accessory will allow quick access to the user’s most frequented apps as well as easily engage with the other mobile devices it is connected to.
Make sure to keep an eye out for all of these great new Samsung products! The Galaxy Note 4 will be hitting the global market this October and comes in some great colors such as Charcoal Black, Frost White, Bronze Gold and Blossom Pink. Make sure to get your hands on it before it sells out because it’s accompanying gear is set to hit stores soon after the Note’s release.
