Tattooed Wild Child or Inked Professional? Chelsea Is Both.

Chelsea Cushenbery, today’s Inked Girl of the Day, lives her life floating between two different worlds. While she is a self-described fun loving tattooed wild child when it comes time to collect a paycheck Chelsea finds herself working as a nurse. And if we ever found ourselves in need of medical care we would kill to have a nurse as sexy as this inked woman.
As you flip through this gallery of Chelsea’s photos you will notice that there are definite themes to her tattoos. While most of the work is American Traditional in style, her two sleeves are quite different thematically. Her right sleeve has one cohesive theme running through the entire thing—the sea. There’s a tall ship, waves crashing, a shark, and an octopus among other images. Her left sleeve is more of a hodgepodge of tattoos that aren’t connected to each other thematically but nonetheless are able to merge together artistically.
“I like the art and a lot of my tattoos have a story to tell,” Chelsea explains. “My chest piece was my first piece and it is a replica of my grandpa’s.”
We can’t think of any cooler way to pay tribute to a loved one than by getting a replica of tattoo that they held dear to them. You can get a good look at both of her sleeves, the aforementioned chest tattoo and the back piece that Chelsea is hoping to finish up soon at her Inked Girls profile here.
Once you are done flipping through Chelsea’s gorgeous gallery of photos you should spend some time checking out another tattooed woman with fiery red hair, Amanda Jean. If you don’t want to take our word you can see all of the beautiful Inked Girls and chose for yourself here.
