When it comes to top-tier music festivals like Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Coachella and Austin City Limits Fest, it’s not “ a little something for everybody,” it’s A LOT of EVERYTHING for everybody. The folks at Austin City Limits Fest (ACL) just released the lineup of more than 100 bands that will take the stages at the last major festival of the year. As expected, the festival that will take place in Austin, Texas on two weekends in October will feature plenty of familiar names from every genre.

The lists below start with Foo Fighters. Who else deserves that spot more? Foo Fighters are one of the last bands with that big rock sound that belongs in an arena or on a festival main stage. What name follows the Foo on the list? None other than Drake—one of the biggest names in hip-hop right now. ACL is not messing around. The Strokes will pop up for weekend one and Florence & The Machine will only be there on weekend two. That’s a tough choice. But no matter which weekend you pick, you’ll still get plenty of live performances of some of your favorite radio hits from acts like Hozier, Twenty One Pilots, Killers frontman Brandon Flowers, teen “Cool Kids” Echosmith, and Fun./The Format frontman Nate Ruess. If you feel like dancing, ACL has upped their EDM game with Deadmau5 and Bassnectar, and other acts like Alt-J, Disclosure, Walk the Moon, Misterwives and The Weeknd will keep you moving. Chance the Rapper, Run the Jewels and A$AP Rocky will be holding it down for hip-hop, and folk-rock bands like The Decemberists and Of Monsters and Men will be there to keep Austin City Limits Fest true to its roots and loyal to its name. Country music legend Dwight Yoakum will also help with that.

While it is great to see all of these names in one place, festivals stand out by giving you something you can’t normally or easily get somewhere else. Austin City Limits has done that over and over with performances from bands like The Eagles, Pearl Jam, The Cure and artists like Stevie Wonder and Neil Young. This year, ACL is bringing us Billy Idol. Emo influencers Brand New are also coming out of hiding for the festival after years of not touring.

If you’re going to the fest, don’t forget to discover some new favorites. Austin locals Leopold and His Fiction play rock-and-roll the way it was meant to be played. Australian pop-rock band Sheppard have been rocking the world over the past couple of years. Their last album went gold in Australia and their single “Geronimo” has sold over five million copies. And now they’re coming for you, America.
