Did Dr. Woo Just Tattoo Miley Cyrus?

It looks like the famed celebrity tattooer, Dr. Woo, has now extended his work to the pop princess, Miley Cyrus. Late last night, the LA-based artist posted a photo to Instagram of a micro black and grey tattoo of a pufferfish with the caption “R I P PBF @mileycyrus.” Though Cyrus has yet to confirm if the tattoo is hers, the post did appear just hours after Cyrus took to her own Insta feed to post about the loss of her own pet pufferfish. This wouldn’t be the first time Cyrus has gotten inked in commemoration of a lost pet, as she has a side piece dedicated to her late dog, Floyd. Since Dr. Woo has tattooed the likes of Cara Delevingne and Drake, it comes as no surprise that Cyrus would seek out the innovative artist to add to her massive ink collection.
