25 years ago, we lost grunge legend, Kurt Cobain. While the Nirvana frontman had a single tattoo, which he inked himself — a “K” for K Records, “to try and remind me to stay a child.” — many have covered their body in Cobain ink.

Kurt Cobain’s death is still one of the most controversial conspiracies in the music world. While the Seattle crime scene showed signs of a suicide, forensic analysis has suggested it could have been staged. Fans, loved ones, and film makers point to Courtney Love.

While conspiring for answers could be a way to cope with losing the intensely loved and entrancing guitarist, memorializing the ‘90s icon with a tattoo, is something we will always stand behind.
