Ink Master’s Daniel Silva ‘to be Arrested for Murder’ After YouTuber Dies in Car Crash
The tattoo artist was involved in a car crash that killed 25-year-old YouTuber Corey La Barrie
According to TMZ, tattoo artist and “Ink Master” contestant Daniel Silva, 26, was driving in Los Angeles with YouTuber Corey La Barrie, 25, Sunday night. First responders were called when the McLaren sport’s car crashed into a street sign and a tree. Both men sustained injuries, however, La Barrie’s were life threatening and he was pronounced dead at a hospital. Both Silva and La Barrie had attended a party to celebrate the latter’s birthday, and according to TMZ’s sources, people at the party told the cops that Silva was seen drinking earlier that night. Silva is currently recovering from a broken hip in the hospital and will allegedly be arrested for murder at the hospital or once he’s discharged.
La Barrie celebrated his 25th birthday on the night of his death and was a known YouTuber. The last video he posted was on May 9th, entitled “Deleting This Video In 24 Hours…” which announced a Twitch live stream he’d planned to do on his birthday with his roommates. La Barrie was close friends with other well known YouTubers, including JC Caylen and Kian Lawley. He was born in Adelaide, Australia and then later moved to Los Angeles, where his career in content creation took off.
Silva is best known for competing on season 10 of “Ink Master” and his large social media following. The latter is due to his star studded clientele, which includes many comedians, athletes and YouTubers.
