Over the last several years, one tattoo artist has dominated the celebrity scene. Bang Bang has tattooed everyone in Hollywood, from Kylie Jenner to Rihanna to Justin Bieber, and just last night he tattooed ex-Disney diva Demi Lovato. Lovato is a regular client of Bang Bang and after performing at the TIME 100 gala, the singer treated herself to a fine-line black and gray lion on her hand.
