Guy Fieri’s Son Just Got a Crazy Tattoo For His Dad
Take a look at the tattoo homage for the TV chef
From 2005 through 2018, Food Network presented the reality competition Food Network Star, in which contestants fought for their own six episode series. And while most of the show’s contestants host a show for a season or two before being canceled, season 2’s Guy Fieri went on to become one of the most successful TV hosts in the history of the network. Since winning the show in 2006, Fieri has hosted a number of programs, including Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Ultimate Recipe Showdown, and Guy’s Family Road Trip.
In May of 2019, Fieri’s contributions to television were honored with a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Fieri is the third chef to receive a star, following in the footsteps of Bobby Flay and Wolfgang Puck.
Friend and fellow Walk of Fame recipient Matthew McConaughey spoke at the event, as well as Fieri’s 22-year-old son Hunter. And it was Hunter who went one step further in honoring his dad, getting a tattoo to commemorate his father’s incredible achievement. Hunter took to Twitter and Instagram to show of his new ink, getting the WOF star with the date his father received it.
What a mind blowing day!! Congratulations on receiving your WOF star dad! You are so dedicated and talented, and you absolutely deserve this! I was beyond honored to speak at your ceremony! Love you pops, CONGRATULATIONS!! 🌟👑 pic.twitter.com/4rj0EVBEx0
