Amidst rumors of a second wedding to hubby Justin Bieber, Hailey stopped by one of the most exclusive celebrity tattoo artists in Los Angeles: the highly sought after, Dr. Woo.
But Hailey didn’t get just one tattoo, she now has 10 on her right hand! The tattoos, crafted by Woo, include a “B” on her hand, two arrows on her pinky, a star-dot design on her ring finger, a sun of dots on her ring finger, a star and rose on her middle finger, a moon and dots on her middle finger and jewels with a star on her index finger.
