Hailey Bieber Got a Gorgeous Thumb Tattoo

Hailey Bieber is on a tattoo streak! Last month, Bieber got a slew of teeny and delicate finger tattoos by Dr. Woo and now, she’s added to her collection once more.

Bieber went to Woo for her final* finger tattoo, a daint design on her right thumb. The tattoo consists of fine-line filagree, lines and dots, and fits in next to an existing script tattoo, which reads “3:30.”
