Halsey Debuts New Track W/ Juice WRLD Plus Her Tattoo Dedicated to Him
Halsey collaborated with the Juice WRLD on the brand new track "Life's a Mess," and now she has a tattoo to commemorate the late hip-hop artist.
It’s been a little over half a year since Juice WRLD passed away, but the reverberations of his passing can still be felt throughout the music industry. Halsey took to Instagram on Monday to post a tribute to the rapper as well as to share the track they worked on together, “Life’s a Mess.”
In a post that included a clip of their track, Halsey showed off a brand new tattoo on her hand. The delicate script atop her knuckles reads, “Life’s a Mess 999.”
“Juice was one of the greatest people I have ever known, and one of the most brilliant artists we will ever live to witness,” Halsey wrote in her post. “A true genius who had lyric and melody spilling out of him without any second thought or hesitation. And a beautiful soul who believed in spreading love and creating a community for people to feel less alone. It means everything to me that I could be a part of this album. I cried the first time that I heard it. With all the love in my heart, #lljw”
Juice WRLD’s family announced that they will be releasing “Legends Never Die,” a 15 song collection that “best represents the music Juice was in the process of creating” at the time of his death, including the collab with Halsey.
Since his passing, we’ve seen more than a few beautiful tributes to Juice WRLD, but given their connection, Halsey’s tattoo is the most poignant yet. Check out the track, “Life’s a Mess,” below.

Tattoo enthusiasts often claim addiction, but true addiction involves chemical and psychological dependence. Obsessive love for tattoos is not the same as addiction.
