Upcoming Tattoo Reality Show Recognizes First Responders
Will you be tuning in to A&E network's Hero Ink?
There’s a new tattoo reality show coming to your television screen and no, it’s not a competition. Instead, A&E networks are unveiling Hero Ink, a tattoo shop “by first responders, for first responders.” Premiering on June 6th, this upcoming series follows the tattoo interactions between artists and clients at Prison Break Tattoos in Houston, Texas. Each and every one of the artists in this shop has a personal connection to first responders, whether it be through police, military, or firefighters.
In each and every episode, audiences will have the privilege to experience not only beautiful tattooing but a personalized exchange of shared experiences. The show stars owner BK Klev, a 25-year Veteran of the Houston Police Department and features artists Rich, who served in the NYPD for 11 years; Janice Danger, a military wife; Tony 4 Fingers, a former Marine; Zoey Taylor, who was rescued by police as a child; and Robbie, a current Houston firefighter.
Take a look at the trailer for the upcoming series below and tune in to back-to-back episodes on June 6th at 10 pm ET/PT.
