These Tattoos are a Hoot
Celebrate International Joke Day with hilarious ink
Our world is in shambles right now. From the ongoing pandemic to deepening divide between opposing political parties, it’s a hard time to be alive right now. In these times, there are ways to pick yourself up and regain some optimism—humor being at the forefront. Whether you’re a fan of standup, sitcoms or romcoms—there are hundreds (heck, let’s go with thousands) of options available on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime for you to binge.
Many comedy lovers take their love for humor beyond the screen and permanently adorn themselves with gut busting ink. That’s right Susan, while you spent years thinking about the incredibly unique and sentimental dream catcher you got inked on your side, some guy got a tattoo of a woman farting in her sleep. It’s 2020 guys, not all tattoos need to have a deep meaning or even adhere to the decades old rules of art. If you want a tattoo that’s just for sh*ts and giggles, be our guest. You’re the one who’s going to wear it on your body for the rest of your life, just make sure it’s not glaringly offensive or could put your job into harm’s way.
If you’re in the market for a new tattoo and let’s be honest, aren’t we all at this point, why not go for a joke piece? We give you the green light to flex your funny bone and give Snake Pit a reason to showcase your idea. Take a look at some of our favorite funny tattoos in the gallery below, then let us know your thoughts on this story in the comments section on social media.
