This weekend, Joker premiered in theaters nation wide. Directed by Todd Phillips, who brought audiences The Hangover trilogy and Borat, the film follows the downfall of Arthur Fleck. Fleck, played by Joaquin Phoenix, is a failed stand-up comedian and party clown living in Gotham City who ultimately turns to a life of crime, becoming the Joker. And despite just barely hitting theaters, fans of the DC universe have already tattooed Phoenix’s character on their bodies and we’ve curated 20 of our favorite renditions.
