Legendary Leonardo DiCaprio Tattoos
What's your favorite Leonardo DiCaprio movie?
Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the most celebrated actors in Hollywood and has been in many of the top films for the past three decades. DiCaprio got his start with a few small television and movie parts in the late 1980s and early 1990s, then gained mainstream acclaim in 1993’s “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.” In this film, DiCaprio played a mentally impaired teenager opposite Johnny Depp. During the mid-1990s, DiCaprio became the Hollywood heartthrob of the decade thanks to his performances in 1996’s “Romeo + Juliet” and 1997’s “Titanic.”
DiCaprio continued his success streak into the 2000s, linking up with director Martin Scorsese and appearing in a number of box office dramas including 2002’s “Gangs of New York,” 2004’s “The Aviator,” and 2006’s “The Departed.” As we entered into the 2010s, DiCaprio continued to branch out and appeared in some of the biggest films of the decade, such as 2010’s “Shutter Island,” 2010’s “Inception,” 2012’s “Django Unchained,” 2013’s “The Great Gatsby,” 2013’s “The Wolf of Wall Street,” 2015’s “The Revenant” and 2019’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.” It’s safe to say that this past 10 years have been DiCaprio’s decade and it shocked many that his one and only Oscar came so late with “The Revenant.” However, better late than never, ain’t that right Leo?
