Florida Man Forcibly Tattooed with Misspelled Racial Slur

Check out the shocking tattoo assault story

On January 28th of 2019, three members of a Florida gang decided to punish their fellow gang member who’d violated their rules. The perpetrators chose to give their victim a tattoo, which was supposed to be an offensive racial slur. However, they instead covered his gang affiliated neck tattoo with the phrase “Fuck you, niger.”

According to the Miami Herald, Lucian Evans, Brandon Hayley, Brett Singleton, and Mary Elizabeth Durham were each arrested for the assault against Michael Hart. According to Hart, the group entered his home and threatened him with a knife to cover his gang tattoo. When Hart fought back, Hayley and Evans held him down while Singleton proceeded to cover the tattoo with a racial slur. Hart attempted to struggle against the tattoo, which led Hayley to knock him out with a foreign object.

“…when he woke up, his pants were twisted and his ‘butt’ hurt,” the arrest report said. “(Hart) stated he was wearing blue jeans and felt something wet in his pants. (Hart) stated when he looked at his pants, he saw what he believed to be blood. Michael stated he felt like he’d been sodomized, but could not provide any more details.”
