And while we don’t condone many of the violent or life ruining tactics that some individuals have chosen, we love a creative and cringey apology gesture. However, did one man take it too far with a permanent tattoo that has since gone viral on Instagram and Reddit? Let’s take a look and let our readers be the judge.

On January 2nd, a husband and ink enthusiast from Houston, Texas got a tattoo for his wife. However, instead of opting for a romantic and heartfelt design to show his devotion, he went with a permanent letter announcing the mistakes he’d made in his marriage. The tattoo was inked by Jorge Araguz of Artistic Impressions Tattoo Studio and has caused quite the stir on social media. And while we’ve seen plenty of juicy Instagram comments reacting to the tattoo, Reddit of course provided many of the best replies to the photo.
