Shaq’s Son Got a Tattoo to Commemorate One of His Father’s Most Iconic Moments
Check out the portrait tattoo of the legendary basketball star
Shaquille “Shaq” O’Neal is one of the most legendary players in NBA history, with four NBA championships, three NBA Finals MVP awards, and the coveted NBA MVP award under his belt. However, his basketball career isn’t Shaq’s only legacy. Shaq has five children, including Shareef O’Neal. Shareef is 19-years-old and currently following in his father’s footsteps as the power forward of UCLA’s Bruins team.
It’s clear to see from Shareef’s path and his social media page that he looks up to his dad, consistently sharing photographs of his famous father. And on July 6th, he took things to the next level in the form of a tattoo homage to one of Shaq’s most memorable NBA moments. Shareef sought out the skills of Vancouver artist Steve Wiebe, who’s tattooed the likes of Nipsey Hussle and Rita Ora. “
“MAN, this picture always had a very special meaning to me , my dad pointing to me after he catches the lob,” shares Shareef on Instagram “I believe this is how my basketball powers came , the classic point.”
What do you think of Shareef O’Neal’s new tattoo? Would you get a tattoo for your dad? Let us know your thoughts on this story in the comments section.
