Steve-O Reveals Which Tattoos He Regrets Most

Which Steve-O tattoo is your favorite?

Comedian and actor Steve-O has made a career performing dangerous stunts both on and off camera. Many of his stunts involved putting himself in physical harm, such as launching himself from a human canon, becoming human bate for sharks, putting a stinging jellyfish on his head, and putting a leech on his eyeball. However, Steve-O’s has not only put his body through pranks, but has collected tattoos perhaps more ballsy than his most dangerous stunts.

Both on and off camera, Steve-O has collected dumb, offensive, and all together questionable tattoos. Some of his most notable pieces include a self-portrait back piece, three separate penis designs, the silhouette of an obese pin-up, a replica of Angelina Jolie’s “Billy Bob” tattoo, the word “Your Name” on his bum, and a very controversial Blood and Crips piece.

@miketyson and I got together to talk about all the crazy stuff we’ve done together, including a mountain of cocaine, some time in the psych ward, and violently breaking my nose. It’s perhaps the most epic podcast I’ve ever been a part of, it’s called “Hotboxing with Mike Tyson – Steve-O” and it’s on YouTube.

And while there’s a case for each and every one of these tattoos being a possible regret, there’s one tattoo which has haunted Steve-O for years. In 2006, Steve-O was drinking with friends and began fish bowling a tattoo idea that would represent his decision to never have children. And after throwing around ideas, Steve-O decided on a cartoon image that the comedian shortly realized was too graphic for anyone to have tattooed on their body: a man having sex with an infant. Immediately after returning from a trip to India, Steve-O blasted over the infant part of the design himself and with the help of Bam Margera and Kat Von D, turned the tattoo into an ostrich. But, that’s not the end of this story.

In 2017, while doing a very dangerous stunt involving rocket fluid, Steve-O burnt off half the tattoo and needed skin grafts on 15% of his body. Fast forward to 2019 and Steve-O has put out a video discussing his botched tattoo, now looking to have the piece reworked. Take a look at the comedians’ full video on his regrettable tattoos and the wild stories behind them below, then let us know your thoughts on this story in the comments section.
