Sullen TV presents a brand new episode of Under the Skin giving viewers an inside look at Cook and her portfolio while she tattoos a Day of the Dead inspired portrait of her client’s daughter. Based out of Rebel Muse Tattoo in Dallas, Cook has ranked among and worked with some of the best artists around, including Rember Orellana and Timmy B.
